Weed and Pest Declared List (By County)  W.S. 11-5-102(a)(vii) “"Declared pest" means any animal or insect which the board and the Wyoming weed and pest council have found, either by virtue of its direct effect, or as a carrier of disease or parasites, to be detrimental to the general welfare of persons residing within a district;” W.S. 11-5-102(a)(viii) “"Declared weed" means any plant which the board and the Wyoming weed and pest council have found, either by virtue of its direct effect, or as a carrier of disease or parasites, to be detrimental to the general welfare of persons residing within a district;” W.S. 11-5-105(a)(vi) “Participate in programs for the control of declared weeds and declared pests not included on the designated list.
