2. A 16 years old girls has admitted to the emergency department with severe short of breath. She is
diagnosed as acute bronchial asthma. She has been using metered dose inhalation of Salbutamol, Ipratropium and Beclomethasone. In spite of the above treatment, the present attack is not controlled.
