or balcony that is more than 30 inches (762 mm) above the floor or grade below; is part of the egress path for any work area; and is not provided with guards or in which the exist- ing guards are judged to be in danger of collapsing, shall be provided with guards designed and installed in accordance AJ601.2 Wall and ceiling finish. The interior finish of walls
