Studies on physicochemical properties of synthesized compounds, leading to SAR and
QSAR studies.
The preparation of the new enhancers and prodrugs for targeted drug delivery systems.
Structure elucidation of unknown compounds using spectrometric methods.
HPLC, UV, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, IR, MS of drug substances.Activity tests and
assays on synthesized compounds (local anesthetic and antispasmodic activity tests).
