Most recently, Eliot represented Comerica Bank in a federal class action consolidated in multidistrict proceedings in Florida, where he oversaw an innovative and cost-saving “predictive coding” discovery protocol, among other successes. Eliot has experience in all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through discovery, trial, and appeals. Eliot is also an active member of the Dallas legal community, where the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) recently recognized him as “One to Watch.” Eliot is a Steering Committee member of DAYL’s 2012 Leadership Class, a co-Chair of DAYL’s Animal Welfare Committee, and a member of the Dallas Asian American Bar Association.
